I have not posted here for a while — since October, actually. Life happened, plans shifted, emotions piled up, and I went quiet.

But going quiet never really works for me. I have learned that when I stop sharing and expressing myself, my inner world starts feeling messy too.

A new year feels symbolic. Horse year energy — fire, movement, momentum. Less thinking, more living.

I am back. Starting again. Slowly, honestly, and with more presence.

Emotional Reset – August 17th at 6:00 PM
📍Halifax Dance Studio

If you have been curious about the practice but haven’t joined yet — this is your chance.

We will gather for two powerful hours, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, to move through a journey of emotional release and self-discovery.

🌿 The session includes:
– A short introduction to settle into the space
– Gentle dancing to awaken the body
– A guided deep dive into emotions: exploring what we feel, how we carry it, and how to let it move through us

This practice is not about performance — it is about feeling, expressing, and finally clearing the tension we often carry in silence.
By the end, many feel lighter, calmer, and more present — connected back to themselves.

✨ Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring water. Have only light food before the session (we’ll be moving quite a bit).

You do not need to prepare anything else — just your presence and a bit of courage to be real.

Both are powerful active meditations designed to help you release emotional tension, reconnect with yourself, and feel more alive.
But they’re very different in how they work.

💥 AUM Emotional Reset
• Group-based experience
• 13 emotional stages (anger, love, sadness, laughter, silence, etc.)
• Involves voice, movement, eye contact, and partner work

• Solo practice

Slight update in our schedule for March and April! We have decided to have more of OSHO Dynamic Meditations - 3 times a month on Saturdays at 5pm and have AUM practice - once a month on Sunday at 6pm.

All tickets are available on Eventbrite, or if you wish it can be done through the e-transfer as well. Tickets are starting at $15.
