Great day for a walk. I always have my foot 🦶 orthotics in. If you suffer from foot ,knee, hip or persistent low back pain. Good chance it’s coming from foot biomechanics issues . The most common issue is flat footed or pronated is the correct term. Think of it this way , if the tires 🛞 on your car are out of alignment it wears the treads unevenly. Same affect on your joints. Foot orthotics are not for everyone but it’s like glasses 👓 if you need them you know.
We extended our 10% off special another month until the end of April.

I see ducks 🦆 everywhere-I see snow thawing and fishing 🎣 season coming …. I feel it’s so important to realize you’re in control of your heart ♥️ and mind . Don’t rent it to someone else’s agenda.

If you only get adjusted when you’re in pain you’re already behind. Use chiropractic care proactively so you don’t have to use it when your broke down and the issues have gotten away from you. Catching up also gets very expensive.
