has helped me feel calmer, more present, and deeply connected to myself in ways I didn’t even know were possible. ✨
Looking back, I’m so grateful for the hard moments that led me here. They guided me toward something I never could’ve imagined for myself — this work, this path, and this sense of peace.
I’m still growing, still healing, still learning (and always will be) — but I know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. 🌷
Being able to hold space for others through Spinal Energetics and Reiki is such a gift. Watching someone’s body soften, release, and return to its natural flow truly feels like witnessing pure magic.
