This season feels heavy for a lot of people - myself included, not because anything is wrong, but because there’s been too much to hold and not enough space to process it. I’ve been sitting with a quiet kind of overwhelm — the kind that comes from holding thoughts, emotions, and unprocessed moments all at once, without room to let them move.

In times like this, self-care looks like turning inward, and speaking to ourselves with kindness and gentleness. It's about taking time for yourself to listen to what your Soul needs. It’s remembering that getting stuck doesn’t mean staying there. When you care for yourself, you raise the frequency of everything around you.

Life is happening for us, not to us — and there are no mistakes, only lessons inviting us to grow. Love and Light to us all.
