Happy Ostara! 11:46 AM officially marks the equinox and the beginning of spring season! Join me tomorrow -Saturday March 21st: Ayurveda and Yoga for Spring workshop. There will be yoga practice, self-nurturing practices, as well as discussion on Ayurveda and your personal Dosha. There are two spots available! 930 AM to 1230 PM $40

($15 each or both $25)
Spring Yoga and Ayurveda workshop:
Saturday, March 21 @ 9:30 AM ($40)
