When you go through something traumatic emotionally or physically your body reacts.

Reset your body and mind simply by “shaking it off”, move your body!

You could wiggle around and be goofy, dance, stretch, wave your arms, do yoga, exercise, however movement works for you! 🤸‍♂️🧘‍♀️🏋️‍♂️
