The Nova Scotia’s Workers’ Compensation system is evolving with the launch of the Work-Connected Recovery (WCR) Program 
The WCR, formally introduced on January 2nd, 2026 is a new program designed to connect service providers across the province. It is intended to deliver quicker care and better access for Nova Scotians injured at work. 
Lifemark has been selected to administer the program, while WCB Nova Scotia will continue to govern it.
KEY Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre proudly remains a WCB-approved provider. We have established an affiliate service provider relationship with Lifemark.  Injured workers under care at KEY Physio will continue to receive high-quality physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hand therapy and return-to-work care.
