I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who came to see me on my first day at my new practice yesterday. Your support, trust, and encouragement mean the world as I begin this new chapter.

Starting out on my own in Head of St. Margarets Bay has been both exciting and humbling, and seeing familiar faces alongside new ones reminds me why I love this work so deeply. Chiropractic care is about renewal, wholeness, and connection—and I feel so grateful to share that journey with you.

Canada's "Food Guide" is certainly a guide to "unhealthy eating". Time for Health Canada to take action and learn something from our pals in Brazil - their 2014 food guide is da bomb (a link to their food guide is in this article).

Health Canada is reviewing the country's almost decade-old food guide and will announce results later this year. But the news doesn't satisfy critics who want a drastic overhaul now to combat the growing obesity crisis.
