Patricia Poulsen is a Registered Dietitian, with over 15 years of experience working in the field of nutrition and wellness. We offer nutrition consultation and couching for weight management and diet related disease such as diabetes, swallowing (dysphagia), high cholesterol, IBS,Celiac, colitis and Crohn's. Patricia is also a certified kettlebell fitness instructor and offers 6 classes a week in her home based studio.

Hard to believe that I picked up my first kettlebell 12 years ago, and I still feel that it is the most efficient workout I have ever done. It builds strong 💪🏼 and is great for conditioning. These photos were taken by the very talented artist and fellow kettlebell lifter, in 2013. My how time flies.

Can you believe it has been 5 years since I closed my gym? My life has changed so much in that time pandemics, health issues and heartbreaks. One thing that has remained consistent through it all is my love of fitness and kettlebells. Just completed a favourite of mine. For those of you who like to swing and love snatches 😂. My go to breakfast high protein high fibre chia pudding. Today I topped with my favourite granola yummy.
Recipe:
2 T chia seeds
2 T protein powder
1/4 cup plain kefir
1/4 cup MOC I use fair life skim milk because protein
Fruit of choice (no need to measure, top with whatever you like. I often use bran buds, granola, nut butter and seeds.
