Cold or iced drinks are thought to slow digestion down. ❄️
Drinking warm or room temperature water has helped me with bloating, fatigue, and feeling sluggish. Since I started drinking warm water (before meals especially), I have noticed a huge change in my daily living!
Try:
Warm water in the morning
Warm drinks with meals
Less cold drinks/food when your digestion feels off (can be hard to say no to an iced coffee!)
