✨Reiki Level 1✨ What began as a purely physical practice soon evolved into something much deeper.

Fifteen years ago, I discovered yoga as an alternative to high school gym class and was instantly drawn to its unique style of movement. As I continued my journey through life’s challenges, yoga became a grounding force that sparked a deeper curiosity about its ancient roots and transformative potential. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2025, and while I can now call myself a

"teacher" I will forever be a student first and foremost. I am excited to continue exploring and reconnecting with my mind, body, and soul through yoga and I hope to inspire the same sense of curiosity and self-discovery in those who practice with me!

Hello and Welcome! 🫶

If we haven't met before, my name is Louise! A little bit about me and my yoga journey thus far:

Fifteen years ago, I discovered yoga as an alternative to high school gym class and was instantly drawn to its unique style of movement. What began as a purely physical practice soon evolved into something much deeper. As I continued my journey through life’s challenges, yoga became a grounding force that sparked a deeper curiosity about its ancient roots and transformative potential.

In 2025, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and I continue to explore and reconnect with my mind, body, and soul through yoga. I hope to inspire the same sense of curiosity and self-discovery in those who practice with me! 💕

I look forward to continuing my journey of learning, growing and experiencing all that life has to offer. I hope to expand on the foundational 200h YTT and participate in more trainings in the future! 🌾

This page will primarily serve as a means to share when and where I'm teaching, but I may also include some other fun tidbits as I move through life.✨
