Sue offers a workshop in Energy Wellness, based on the work of Donna Eden, renowned pioneer in the field.
Participants will learn safe, gentle self-help exercises to enhance health through an energy wellness routine that promotes self-healing & well-being. Learn also how to help calm stress and support your immune system. These simple and effective tools have been found to greatly benefit mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
Dress as for yoga and bring a mat, pillow & blanket.
Boost Joy & Vitality - Energy Wellness Workshop

Join Sue for a fun, uplifting class! Through hands-on practice, participants learn: Exercises to protect, support, and balance their energies, Simple techniques to calm the Stress Response and an energy-wellness routine that promotes self-healing & well-being. Students will learn how to trace selected energy pathways that activate the “Radiant Circuits” bringing more joy and positive energies into your life.

4 Fun Fridays - Energy Wellness Classes
April 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 10 to 11 AM Cost: $55
Learn simple ways to boost joy through a fun class. Sue will guide participants in exercises to strengthen and support our immune system helping the body activate its natural healing energies. Learn ways to relieve stress and balance our energies while listening & moving to uplifting music. This class is suitable for teens and adults of all fitness levels. Everyone can learn these techniques!
Bust a Move, Spring Fling 🌷
Friday, April 30th 7 to 8:15 PM with Sue & Tandi Hooper

Join us for a fun evening of dancing, grooving and moving…..while being led through an energy-wellness routine that promotes self-healing & well-being. Find your own rhythm and get an intro to the benefits of playing and using poi balls. Learn simple exercises to release negativity and stress and bring more light, joy and positive energies into your life. Dress for comfort to move!
