What do you want to manifest in your life?

“Everything is energy. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. This is not philosophy, this is physics.” Albert Einstein

A YANTRA is a graphic and sacred geometric representation of the Universal energy. Thoughts and words cannot exist in the spiritual dimension since they are constructs of the intellect and mind. Sacred geometry arises from the fact that many philosophical truths cannot be expressed with words. Ancient cultures, including Greeks, Egyptians, Chinese, Mayans, Hindus, and Buddhists, have such practices.

Join us on Monday, November 3rd, as we explore the power of meditation and sacred geometry.

i-Meditate Community classes are drop-in, donation-based, and are held at Station 33 Cafe & Yoga in Hampton, NB.

How to Train a Happy Mind

Yes, there is a class on Thanksgiving Monday. Join us on Monday, October 13th, at 7 pm at Station 33 Cafe & Yoga, and discover how to cultivate a mind of happiness, abundance and joy.

This week, we will explore Buddhist states of mind and meditation techniques that enhance well-being by improving attention, managing stress and emotions, and fostering greater compassion and self-awareness. It works by reshaping the brain's neural pathways to reduce mind-wandering, lower anxiety and depression, and cultivate positive qualities like love and mental tranquillity. The practice involves methods like mindfulness and concentration to achieve inner peace and a deeper understanding of oneself and reality.

"Watts" Empowering Your Human Experience? A Meditation to Heal & Balance Your 7 Chakras. Join us this Tuesday, November 12th, at 7pm for the 8th and final meditation in the fall series.

Join Nancy Whittcase as she shares this incredible meditation practice she learned many years ago at a week-long retreat with Deepak Chopra.

Chakra’s are the stepping stones of the ladder upon which we travel up and down our central axis, climbing towards heaven and getting down to earth, reaching liberation and stepping towards manifestation and impermanent. They are wheels of light.

Chakra-based healing aims to create vibrant health and spiritual awakening through contact with divine energy.
The Chakra system is a bridge between polarities. Heaven & earth
• Inner & outer
• Above & below
• Matter & Consciousness
• Mind & body

This week's i-Meditate Community class will be held at Nika's Haven - 966 Main Street, Hampton, NB.

How Flexible is Your Mind? Meditation is a training gym for your mind. Join us on Tuesday, November 5th, at 7pm as we explore Buddhist concepts of the power of a flexible mind!

A flexible mind allows one to shift perceptions, expand, adapt, bend, open, change, and let go of the stories that no longer serve us.

Making and breaking connections in the brain
The links between nerve cells, called synapses, allow us to learn, adapt and find new pathways.
Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to reorganize by forming new neural pathways. When humans focus their attention enough, they can slowly rewire these pathways themselves.
The habit loops are broken by reshaping thinking by focusing attention sustainably and deliberately. Redirection of thoughts and actions will start to change the neural pathways as a new habit.
The brain starts to rewire itself with a simple change of mindset.
