Pre-registration is required for each session. Our private fitness studio offers an intimate small-group setting with limited class sizes and a supportive environment.

Wondering what the 'Adventure' part of Balance & Beyond entails?!? Well this part really excites me my friends!! 🤩

Those who know me know just how much I ❤ to travel & explore the world and you also know just how much I ❤ to bring women together to explore new places, try new things and push the limits just a wee bit - heck isn't that why we invest so much time in staying healthy?!? 💪🥑😉

So . . . beginning in 2026, I am super excited to host some epic retreats & take some really exciting adventures that take us a wee bit further (how many years have we been talking about taking a retreat on a road show?!?) 🛶🌴✈️🌞🚴‍♀️🗻

Get ready for some hiking, biking, paddling & adventures to come and let me know what places are at the top of your bucket list - let's make it happen!! 💚💙

We are excited to have Tammie Black offering a Sprint Interval Training (SIT) class in our January line up!

SIT is a high-intensity workout that alternates short bursts of maximum-effort sprinting with brief recovery periods. This class pushes your body to its limits, improving both aerobic and anaerobic fitness in less time than traditional cardio.

This type of training boosts metabolism, enhances endurance, increases fat burning, and promotes lean muscle development. Sprint Interval Training is ideal for anyone looking to maximize results in a shorter workout while improving overall athletic performance and cardiovascular health.

Tammie has been teaching fitness since 1991, and she still loves it as much today as when she first stepped into a studio. Group fitness is her passion, and she hopes to keep leading classes for many decades to come. Tammie is a Fitness Instructor Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Menopause Coaching Specialist—and she is proud of how our industry has evolved over the years.

Wondering about the classes in our New Year line up? Here's a little more information about about one of the great new classes coming in January - Bender Ball with Kimberley Long on Mondays at 8:30 AM! 💚

Get ready to sculpt, strengthen, and stabilize with this dynamic, low-impact workout using the versatile Bender Ball. The small, inflatable ball adds resistance, balance challenges, and greater range of motion to every movement—helping you engage deep stabilizing muscles you didn’t even know you had.
