Summer schedules may look a little different… but your wellness goals still matter just as much! 💙

For many of us at this stage in life, the strength, mobility, and flexibility built over the winter and spring months didn’t happen overnight, and maintaining those gains through the summer is one of the best ways to continue feeling strong, energized, and confident heading into the fall. 🍂

Consistency doesn’t have to mean perfection. It simply means continuing to make movement a priority, even during vacations, camping trips, family visits, and busy summer days. Staying active throughout the summer helps maintain muscle strength, support joint mobility, improve energy, and keep your healthy routines feeling sustainable instead of starting over every September.

That’s why we are excited to offer a flexible summer schedule designed with real life in mind! ☀️

We know many of you are away at times throughout the summer, so we’re offering options that allow you to stay connected to your routine while still enjoying everything summer has to offer. Looking for a great way to fit an amazing strength workout into your busy schedule?? Improve your strength in just 30 minutes - 3 days a week! This class is designed to fit into your busy schedule, providing a strength training workout that will challenge and empower you.

Class Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 12:15-12:45 PM
4-week session: May 25th - June 19th
Cost: $114

We hope you take some time to slow down, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy the simple things that help you feel your best. Whether it’s a walk by the water, a hike, gardening, biking, playing with the kids, or simply getting outside for some fresh air — movement doesn’t have to be complicated to be good for the body and soul!

We are excited to welcome Natasha McGregor of Grounded Health and Wellness to the studio beginning this month!

Natasha will be offering physio therapy services by appointment from our treatment room beginning this month with some more exciting offerings coming soon! Reach out to Natasha directly for more details or to schedule an appointment!
