Hidden Secret Recovery is growing, and we are currently looking to add to our Residential Support Team.

We are hiring for casual, part-time, and full-time roles, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

We welcome applicants with experience or backgrounds in:
• Social Work or Human Services
• BSW, SW Tech, LPN, PSW, or related fields
• Addiction and recovery support
• Treatment or residential care environments
• Members of the 12-Step recovery community

Additional training and orientation opportunities are available for the right candidates.

If you have a background in addiction and recovery, it is considered a strong asset. If you are compassionate, dependable, and passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey, we would love to hear from you.

As we continue preparing and growing at Hidden Secret Recovery Center, we’re reaching out to our amazing community for a little help. ❤️

We are looking for donations of outdoor games, sports equipment, and recreational activities for our clients to enjoy during their stay with us. Recovery is about more than just treatment it’s also about rebuilding healthy routines, having fun, staying active, and learning to enjoy life again.

Some ideas include:
🏀 Basketballs & nets
⚽ Soccer balls & sports gear
🏐 Volleyball/badminton sets
🎯 Yard games (washer toss, ladder ball, co****le, horseshoes, etc.)
🏓 Ping pong table or accessories
🏸 Frisbees, footballs, baseball gear
🔥 Outdoor seating or activity items
🎲 Board games, cards, puzzles, and group activities

New or gently used items are greatly appreciated.

There are moments that remind us we’re exactly where we’re meant to be.

Last evening, Hidden Secret Recovery Center was wrapped in the most beautiful rainbow a powerful reminder of hope, healing, and brighter days ahead. 🌈

Today, we continued that spirit with our very first yoga session, and it was nothing short of amazing. A chance to slow down, breathe, reconnect, and focus on healing both mind and body.

Recovery is about more than sobriety it’s about learning to live well, finding peace, building strength, and discovering joy again.

At Hidden Secret, we’re creating a space where healing happens in every form.

A huge thank you to Floyd’s Appliance Centre for once again showing incredible generosity and support for Hidden Secret Recovery Center.

Their team donated a beautiful commercial washer and dryer set, delivered it to our property, and even took the time to set everything up for us.

One year.

This week, we had the honour of celebrating something really special at Hidden Secret.

We gave out our very first one-year coin.
The first of many we hope to celebrate.

This isn’t just a milestone.
It’s 365 days of choosing something different.
365 days of showing up.
365 days of doing the hard, quiet, often unseen work of recovery.

When we asked him what he would want others to know about addiction and recovery, he kept it simple:

“Just tell somebody about it.”

That’s it.
No big speech. No perfect words.
Just honesty. Just connection. Just taking that first step.

We’re incredibly proud of him.
And we’re grateful to be part of the journey—not just for this moment, but for all the ones still to come.

This is why we do this.

We are so excited to officially introduce our new Head Chef, Ashley Belding 👩‍🍳

Ashley brings not only incredible skill and passion into the kitchen, but something even more meaningful; lived experience and understanding of addiction and recovery. This allows her to connect with our clients on a deeper level, creating meals and an environment rooted in compassion, respect, and care.

Her ability to provide nourishing, home-style meals while building trust and supporting individuals in recovery makes her an incredible addition to our team.

At Hidden Secret Recovery Center, we believe healing happens in every part of the day including around the table and Ashley will play a huge role in that journey for our clients.
