Bedtime routine in our home:
✔️ pyjamas
✔️ brush teeth
✔️ read book
✔️ get cupping massage from mom
✔️ pop all the cups off by flexing and turning into the hulk
✔️ lights out

My 8 year old loves getting massaged (and thinks suction cups are the coolest) and says it really helps when he’s got sore muscles from sports and everything else that 8 year olds get up to.

Most benefit plans include an annual amount for massage therapy for dependents as well!

For kids, there’s an option to book a 30 minute appointment where parents are welcome to stay in the room and get cozy with a cup of tea.
