Me: “8 minutes.” 😊
Child client: “Why does time fly so fast when I’m with you in here, but go sooo slow when I’m at school?” 🤯🏫🐢 “When am I coming back?”
Me: “Your mom will need to book your next appointment for you.” 💬📅
Child client: “I want to come back tomorrow!” 🥹💫💞

Moments like this remind me that when children feel safe, seen, and connected, healing quietly begins. 🌈💛

Thank you for your courage to show up—session after session—through tears, laughter, and every moment in between. You have trusted the process, celebrated your wins, and done the hard work that leads to real change. It is a privilege to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

Never forget: you are the hero of your own story. You continue to show up, again and again, despite the challenges you face. You are overcomers—strong, resilient, and growing into a better version of yourself with each step forward.

The holiday season is often described as joyful and full of connection—but for many, it also brings complicated family interactions, emotional triggers, and conversations that feel difficult to navigate. If Christmas brings both warmth and stress, please know this is incredibly common.
