We’ve all been there: having a little too much fun, forgetting to wash our makeup off, and being out in the sun all day. You don’t have to have regrets once you get home from the amazing summer events! Keep these few tips in mind for your skin health while you’re dancing the day and night away:

🤠 Pack light! Don’t over complicate when you’re at a big weekend event. Being the basics: a cleanser, moisturizer and SPF.

🤠 DON’T forget SPF! Nothing can ruin a trip quit like a painful sunburn. Reapply every two hours. We have so many options from powder to traditional to makeup SPF in our clinic.

🤠 Stay hydrated! Water and electrolytes are you best friends for more reasons than one. Keep your skin (and liver) in tip top shape.

🤠 Wash your makeup off. Makeup, dust, and other debris are not something we want to go to rest on our pillow. Set yourself up for success and have your skincare ready before you head out for the evening.
