It was our pleasure to host these incredible health care professionals for our Medicare Professional Development Day! Huge thanks to our supplier reps for coming to Lloydminster to help us learn so we can all do our jobs to the best of our abilities. We are lucky to have some of the most caring and knowledgeable OT’s PT’s and support professionals available in our communities. Stairlifts

Savaria Lifts are Canadian Made and manufactured. Some parts are international but it’s our only stairlift supplier that manufactured and assembled in Canada.

While we are talking stairlifts did you know Medicare is the only company that doesn’t charge a flat rate for stairlift call out and diagnosis?

That’s right, our competitors not only manufacture their lifts in the US but they charge you a minimum $400 fee if your lift goes down!!!

After investing in a lift, who wants to pay that?!?! Anywhere we travel in a 2hour radius won’t cost near that amount to have our technician onsite. Shop local, shop Canadian made and be treated with fairness and compassion.

We had a special guest in the store yesterday. Niklas Edin the skip for team Sweden is attending the Astec Safety Challenge this week and found himself in a pickle. We hear he won his next game! Thanks to Astec for inviting us to attend the 7:30 pm draw last night. It was great to see the top curlers in the world in action in our home town.

Medicare has a donation pool to assit people in need who are battling illness or mobility concerns with no funding available to them. If you have any mobility equipment you would like to contribute to the donation pool please drop off at the store. We sent our last 4W walker out today to a Sask resident strugging with MS. It is so nice to have donations in place when we need them.

London is going to be representing Medicare as a volunteer in our local facilities helping the nursing staff and connecting with people who live there! We are proud to have you on board.
