Crystal Healing Cosmic Connections is a massage therapy business solely owned by Stephanie Mitchell.

Steph is currently working out of The Roots of Wellness, located in Lloydminster, AB. She is also trainer for the Lloydminster Junior B Bandits hockey team. Steph graduated the Massage Therapy program offered at ACMT in June 2022 and is currently enrolled in MOCC's Manual Osteopathic Therapist course starting February 2023. Steph is always up for a challenge and can offer a range of pressures and different techniques to combat many conditions that arise beyond just sore muscles. Throughout 2023 she will also be offering student Manual Osteopathic appointments as well.

Welcome to my page! It has been awhile, so I would just like to re-introduce myself and what I have to offer! My name is Stephanie and I have my 2200hr diploma in Massage Therapy as well as my Myofascial Cupping and Athletic Taping certificates. I also offer Reiki/ Intuitive healing appointments and Jade Stone Massage at The Roots of Wellness in Lloydminster.

This past weekend, I started along the journey of attaining my Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy. I will be able to start booking student appointments around the start of June! (TBD)

What is M.O.T you ask? To sum it up, we are no longer just looking at muscle pain and restrictions (which as a massage therapist, this is the main focus of our sessions!!) We now look deeper into the body and start from the inside out at a cellular level of all the body's structures! This can include going back to if you had a traumatic birth story, which can follow you and contribute to many issues into adulthood!! Our goal is to bring the body back into a state that it may heal itself! How cool is that?!

Hockey has wrapped up for the season and I just wanted to throw a thank you out to the Jr. B Bandits for having me as their trainer this year. It was a blast!

While there may not be hockey games to take up the evenings, time stops for no-one! Tomorrow I embark on my next educational step forward, Manual Osteopathy!

The goal of any treatment, be it on the ice or in my treatment room, is whole body wellness. I look forward to bringing new techniques and knowledge to help you achieve whole body & mind health in all future Massage, Reiki, or M.O sessions.

Its been a long time coming, since 2013 to be exact! I am so excited to announce that I will now be offering 60 minute Reiki sessions in addition to the many other services I can provide.
