During a Live Blood Analysis session we may detect various microorganisms, such as Bacteria, Yeast or Parasites. Having these microorganisms in the blood can indicate gut imbalances, like dysbiosis (imbalance in our gut microbiome).

Some common symptoms of dysbiosis are:
*fatigue
*diarrhea/constipation
*headaches
*sugar cravings
*itchy
*brain fog
*food intolerances
*anxiety/depression

It’s okay to take it one step at a time. It’s okay to not get it right away. It’s okay to have a treat today. It’s okay to forget your vitamins this time. It’s all okay!

We are all human and none of us get things perfect. The important thing is that you are trying, even if it’s small steps at a time 🤎
