If you’re wondering how much energy maintenance is required for a healer carrying a 32 week baby in the womb- the answer is ALOT. At this stage of my pregnancy I have to be very aligned with the clients I hold space for, the things I have capacity to hold, and the things I do not. The days that I am holding space for others I do energy baths, meditations, cleansing, releasing, visualizing, sageing and literally all the things. One of my favourite ways to protect this baby inside my womb is to visualize healing light all around her keeping her safe and supported. I check in daily to revamp the energy where any leaks may have taken place. It’s my responsibility to keep myself and this baby in energetic alignment. 🤎 spiritualmentor

Forever grateful for the 5 months of growth & transformation I get to journey through with the most amazing souls! I’ve now hosted a total of 5 level three programs since I created this program in 2021. Each time I lead this level I see the growth and expansion in myself, my ability, and the way I get to show up for the groups. As of today I’m 28 on the 28th ✨
As I reflect on this year I see a lot of growth and resilience in myself. As of February I will have been pregnant for one year. I went through my second pregnancy loss in the spring. And ended up pregnant right after with the beauty im carrying now. My body has been through a lot, my heart stretched thin, my mind on over drive. The thing about this human experience is we’re here to grow, rise, heal, and evolve. This journey isn’t perfect and I’ll be the first one to say life can be fu***ng tough, and beautiful and everything inbetween. Today I celebrate my resilience and growth through it all. This year was a big one creating a program to launch out to the world, continuing to build my spiritual community, walking alongside my two beautiful girls, and carrying a beautiful blessing in my belly. We are ever growing, changing & evolving. I am grateful for this life, this body, this journey, my clients, and my beautiful children. Thank you so very much for supporting me while I grow. Clearing your energy doesn’t always have to be sage, meditation, or a ceremony. On a nightly and morning basis I set the intention to clear any energy attached to me while I brush out the knots in my hair. Through intention and visualization I integrate what I’m already physically doing with awareness of energetic release. It doesn’t have to be complicated. INTENTION is EVERYTHING.

We’re all shifting and growing. It’s our inability to surrender and detach that makes the shifts become longer & harder than they need to be. The things that your holding onto and overly controlling won’t change until you detach. What is meant to be will always be. You may be the thing standing in the way of the true unfoldment.
