Medical Administrator/Receptionist are to perform some or all of the following duties:

-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Prepare files for patients in order to complete forms, medical files and records
-Medical billing and dictation
-Establish and maintain various internal office administrative support procedures such as document tracking and filing and daily/monthly reporting
-Order supplies and maintain inventory
-Determine and establish office procedures and routines
-May supervise and train other staff in procedures and in use of current software

Required Qualifications

-Experience working in an office environment. (medical experience is preferred but not required)
-Medical billing and transcribing
-Basic medical terminology
-Interpersonal skills
-Organizational skills
-Intermediate computer skills
-Communication skills
-Ability to work independently

Full Time Position
No weekends
Wage $18 - $23 based on experience
