Don’t let a gloomy day keep your body stuck on the couch or at your desk! Here are a few easy stretches you can do right at home to beat rainy-day stiffness:

Cat-Cow Stretch
🐱🐮 Great for loosening your spine and improving posture. Start on hands and knees, inhale as you arch your back (cow), exhale as you round your spine (cat). Repeat 8–10 times.

Child’s Pose
🧘‍♀️Kneel, then stretch your arms forward and rest your forehead on the ground. Breathe deeply for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Struggling with heel pain?👣

If you’re waking up with stabbing pain in your heel or arch, you're not alone. Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of foot pain– but the good news is, there are a few simple daily stretches can help relieve tension and pain.

👣Towel Stretch – Sit with your leg extended, loop a towel around your foot, and gently pull back for 15–30 seconds.

👣Calf Stretch – Stand facing a wall, one foot back, and press your heel down. Hold for 30 seconds per side.

👣Foot Roll – Roll your foot over a frozen water bottle or massage ball for 1–2 minutes up to your tolerance.

Repeat these 2–3 times a day, especially first thing in the morning and before bed for the best results!Consistency is key! These small steps can make a big difference over time.
