Calling kids of ALL ages! We’re excited to announce our clinic coloring contest, and one lucky artist will win 🎟️ 4 tickets to a regular season Bobcats game! 🏒

How to enter:

We are thrilled to welcome Delee to our team of therepists!

Delee Segberg has been a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 1999. She is a graduate of Grant MacEwan University, where she completed a comprehensive 2200-hour massage therapy program. With over two decades of
experience in the field, Delee brings a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques, relaxation techniques and a compassionate approach to client care. Her long-standing commitment to wellness and professional excellence makes her a trusted practitioner in the massage therapy community.
Delee has experience working with pre and post surgery, scare tissue, stress, headaches, TMJ issues, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, cupping, chronic and acute pain issues. When working in Edmonton she got the
experience of working with the music industry on location for their concerts. Her training along the way and many years of experience makes her a well rounded therapist that can work with all ages, from infancy to seniors. She is currently working towards adding Natural Nutritionists to her resume as well.
Delee grew up on a farm near Avonlea, Saskatchewan. She showed horses competitively, was a competitive dancer, and played multi sports, which is what lead her down a path of wellness. Becoming a mom and dealing with disabilities has further deepened that passion.

We are so excited to welcome Dr. Rhayne Watson to our team at Transition Health and Wellness!

Rhayne grew up in Lloydminster before moving to Edmonton, and she is thrilled to be returning home to provide chiropractic care to her community. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Western States, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based healthcare and holistic wellness.

Her introduction to chiropractic care came as a competitive dancer, when injuries challenged her ability to perform at her best. Experiencing the healing and performance benefits of chiropractic firsthand inspired her to pursue a career helping others recover from injuries, manage pain, and optimize their overall health. She has a particular passion for family and pediatric care, supporting patients of all ages in feeling their best and maintaining active, healthy lifestyles.

Rhayne’s approach is focused on individualized care, combining chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercises, and lifestyle guidance tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel empowered to take an active role in their health.

She is thrilled to join the team at Transition Health and Wellness and looks forward to helping her hometown community move well, feel well, and stay active doing what they love.

Booking is now open for Dr. Watson starting January 5th!
