Advancability I believe strongly in the progression and development, growth, and advancement of each individual and their special unique abilities!!!

My goal with Advancability is to be a liason and support for parents and children who are faced with special needs! My name is Janice and I am a mom to 3 beautiful children who have all defied endless struggles in their own lives and have turned a disability into an ability. My goal is to help others reach goals and dreams that they never thought was possible. Helping you to see the endless abilities that you have in your own lives.

I love this quote by ~Audrey Hepburn. I have watched my own children grow through some of their own struggles that in the moment seemed impossible to overcome. My oldest daughter said to me a while back.... "mom, I wouldn't change what I've been through, because it's given me an empathy for others with special needs that I wouldn't have had if I didn't struggle with Tourette Syndrome." WOW....just wow. You got this my girl!!!!

Our entire goal is, but not limited to, supporting parents who have children with special needs. To be a liaison in a school setting or any other setting where support is needed. As well as to enable young people with disabilities and support them as they branch out in to the workforce. Please, if you need to talk, or have any questions, please reach out.

I love this quote and how deep it truly is. Can you imagine a world where we could accept each child, each adult, each individual, each person as they are?? Not with the expectation that we stay exactly where we are, but that as we each evolve and grow, we feel safe and secure that we will not be judged.
