Today, and every Friday join us to see why happy baby is more than a pose for Parents and Littles Yoga at 1:30 pm.

Why join? Because only parents understand that the daily rollercoaster of raising tiny, demanding people requires a sense pf humour, soft pants, play, and exercise. Added bonus: when your nervous system is regulated so is theirs.

Extra bonus: Soon we’ll take our practise outside.

When: Friday, May 1st at 1:30 pm, and every Friday

Why: Connect with other parents, and laugh about mom brain moments, commiserate about hard nights, bodies that have changed, and all the joys and pains of parenthood.

Since we're meeting our newest addition in two weeks, the studio will be closed for a few months. Stay tuned for details about our reopening in the new year.

Thanks to all students for your patience while I wound down my schedule as my belly rounded up.

It's been a privilege to help some of you welcome your tiny new additions, and we're over the moon the welcome ours.

Looking forward to seeing you all again in a few months.

Remember, a few deep breaths can make a world of difference.

The best mornings start with practising with my sunshine in the sunshine.

Start them young, and they’ll make yoga part of their routine. Even when they’re in your belly. She was so active during my prenatal practices nearly six years ago, and this one that I’m growing is just as excited by our practice.

With so much gratitude to all those that joined ReTreat Yourself. The day went beyond the physical asanas of yoga to help us feel refreshed through and through. We enjoyed forest bathing, learning about our pelvic floor health, making art, laughing so much, finding peace with meditation and sound healing, and finally finding our happy place.

Looking forward to ReTreat Yourself 2026. Can’t wait.
