Join us for a grounding and empowering day designed to support emotional wellness, confidence, and connection to self.

The retreat begins with Sacha taking us through a guided self-reflection, intention setting, and a calming relaxation meditation, followed by the creation of a personalized no-sew tie blanket.

We’ll then pause for a nourishing lunch provided by Mega Mindful.

The day concludes with Lisa and Love Letters to Self, a gentle closing practice focused on self-love and reflection.
