Leacock Retirement Lodge was proud to bring a “Better Late Than Never” wish to life for resident Arlene Walsh, whose vision for a shared creative space is now a beautiful reality. Designed as a special place within the Lodge where residents can create, showcase, and celebrate art together, this new space is already sparking creativity and joy.

Arlene’s wish celebrates the power of creativity at every stage of life and the magic that happens when ideas are shared and supported. We can’t wait to see the art, stories, and moments of connection that will take shape here.

Nothing beats heading out to a favourite local spot, and that doesn’t change when you call a retirement community home.

Residents of Roberta Place Retirement Lodge recently enjoyed a delicious outing to Debb’s Place Restaurant, a longtime favourite known for its warm hospitality, cozy booths, and comforting breakfast and lunch classics. With friendly faces, savoury meals, and plenty of laughter around the table, it was a wonderful reminder that life’s simple pleasures, like dining out with good company, are always on the menu!
