Joignez-vous à ce programme unique en son genre conçu exprès pour les femmes. Visitez et découvrez trois organismes communautaires locaux pour en apprendre plus long sur les services et programmes qui y sont offerts. Ce « circuit de services » interactif promet de nourrir le corps, l’esprit et l’âme.

Les trois organismes sont :

CHIGAMIK Community Health Centre is looking for volunteer Board members to help lead our mission of delivering equitable and accessible healthcare.

Our Board includes three caucuses to reflect our community’s diversity:

✔ Open Caucus

As a Board member, you’ll bring your unique perspective to a culture of shared responsibility alongside other dedicated volunteers. Together, you’ll help develop and implement our strategic plan, monitor performance, assess risks, and ensure the sustainability of our organization.

Join us for a fun and inclusive singing group designed for individuals with respiratory challenges like COPD. No singing experience needed—just a willingness to breathe, sing, and connect! Caregivers are welcome too.

SingWell is also part of a nationwide research study on the benefits of singing for people with COPD—your participation in the study is optional and can be decided at the first session.

Join us for a special session exploring the cultural significance of sweetgrass, often called the “hair of Mother Earth.”

As one of the Four Sacred Medicines, sweetgrass holds deep meaning in Indigenous culture and ceremony. In this introductory teaching, you’ll learn about its traditional uses, teachings, and the important role it plays in healing and connection.
