Our next Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is starting in September - Tuesdays 5:30p-8p at 847 Vindin Street, in Midland. MBSR can be a helpful program for those living with anxiety or depression, with chronic pain, other stress-related conditions including migraine headaches, IBS, and insomnia, or who are just seeking to learn how to better cope with stress in this stressful world we all live in.
