Often after adjustments, patients tell us they're moving better, feeling better and have more energy.

In the context of pregnancy, Webster care, which is specialized chiropractic care for pregnant women, is designed to provide comfort and improve the likelihood of an easeful birth. We find that when pregnant women are under care early and often, the likelihood of trauma to mom and baby statistically decreases.

Research has also shown that women utilizing chiropractic care during their pregnancies are statistically likely to have 15-20% shorter labour time. The hypothesis is that when the pelvis is aligned and level, baby engages more effectively in the first phase of labour"

Daniel Bronstein, a fellow Chiropractor, offered this perspective in a recent publication of Pathways to Family Wellness, and I couldn't agree more!

Basically …
It knows that theres no way you could notice and be aware of absolutely everything going on around you, so to make your life easier, it filters out information that isn't necessary and only lets you notice things that match what you think about the most!

So …
The sounds you end up hearing, the scents you end up noticing and whether or not you can see your lost keys that are right in front of you, are all determined by the thoughts you choose to think!

And here’s the kicker…
If left unchecked, those thoughts you chose to spend the most time with will lead to being around people who think them and having experiences that match them!
