Our theme this month will be ANGER!! 🔥🐉

💛 honoring the very righteous anger we’ve accumulated throughout our lives (and from our lineage!)

💛 discovering healthy and empowering ways to manage/alchemize our bipolar anger

The flow will tentatively be as follows:

7:00-7:15–introduce ourselves

7:15-7:55: Group discussion and activities related to our theme

7:55-8:10 express our creativity in whatever way we choose. No artistic experience necessary! I draw like a 5 year old and it’s all good

8:10-8:25 share our creations and/or final reflections with one another

8:25-8:30 close out with love

Facilitator: Hello! My name is Jenny and I’m a holistic life coach and educator.

And last year I announced to the world what I had been hiding for 17 years—that I have bipolar!

I’ve been leading women’s circles for the past 11 years.

And I’m so honored to facilitate the space I always needed but never had—a community where us bipolar beings can connect, create together and empower one another!

Cost: suggested contribution 10$-25$. No one will be turned away for lack of funds

Anyone who identifies as female is so invited to join!!

Do you have a tendency to get (hypo)manic in the spring and/or summer?

You’re not alone!!

While getting a bit (hypo)manic during the warmer seasons is often inevitable, there are strategies we can apply to spinning out of control.

And this Wednesday, in our group coaching session, we’ll be learning these strategies, as well as connecting, sharing our stories, expressing our creativity, and so much more.

This space will be limited to 8 bipolar siblings to ensure that everyone has ample time to share their truth 🌿

Make sure to sign up asap before the spots fill up!
Our session will be structured roughly as followed…

1:00pm-1:15–introductions

1:15-1:50–learning about our theme, sharing our experiences, and doing activities

1:50-2:15–time to express our creativity related to our theme

2:15-2:30: share our creative pieces (optional!) and/or final reflections and close out with love

Sliding scale $15-$35 depending on your financial situation
