🧘‍♀️My name is Emma and I am a dance artist based in Montreal. I’m 23 and very excited to be starting my journey teaching and sharing my yogic experiences with the Montreal community. I am aiming to create a steady flow in which we can work on postures in correlation with the breath, I am on a creative journey to bridge my artistry and yogic training to further develop my yoga practice into a unique experience in hopes that other individuals may benefit 🙂 I would love to see you in one of the classes and we can get yogaing together ! 🫶 🤸‍♀️🧡

🧘‍♀️My name is Kenza:) I am a climber and architect from Montreal. I am 23 years old and I have been practicing yoga for a couple of years. I use it to clear out the clutter in mind&heart. I also create some sequences to help prevent injuries and build strength, especially for climbing. My hope is that these yoga classes will help you ground yourself throughout the day and find movement&freedom in your body. 💪🧗‍♀️💜
