Water + fresh lemon 🍋
+ Fresh ginger, grated or sliced
Optional (choose one, not all):
• Sea salt for minerals
• Apple cider vinegar to support digestion
• Turmeric + black pepper for inflammation ✨
• Chlorophyll drops for gentle detox support 🌿
Why it works:
Deep hydration, liver detox support, less bloating, and a calmer system…
especially when life feels busy or overstimulating.
Best time to drink it?
Morning, on an empty stomach, before coffee 🌞
Slow sips. Deep breaths. 🧘♀️
