Eating a raw food is better for you.✔
Eating a vegetable in any form is good for you,eating them raw led to a much more significant increase in physiological well-being,as well as a significant decrease in depression,when compared to have them cooked or canned.
The best food to eat raw are as follows:
Carrots,banana,apples,dark leafy green:such as spinach,grapefruits,lettuce,citrus fruits, fresh berries, cucumber & kiwi fruits.

"Red meat 🍖"is full of minerals like:zinc,phosphorus,iron & selenium. etc protein,fats,B complex such as B12,B2,B9..etc.Red meat is an excellent source of protein,it can also helpful in maintaining hemoglobin. Red meat such as lamb, beef is very important for growth and development.it contain essential amino acids. But "too"consumption of it it's dangerous for health.it can also cause cancer,diabetes & heart diseases. People with cardiovascular disorders shouldn't consume beef due to high fat content. Meat should be stored for long time as it can be attached by moulds & fungi. Alflatoxins can cause cancer. Colorectal cancer is common among people who consume more meat. Following measures should be adopted in this regard:
⛔fresh meat should be consumed.
⛔meat should be cooked properly to kill bacterias & fungis present.
⛔meat shouldn't be taken more than 2 times a week.
⛔Don't drink milk right after meat consumption,because,it can cause some allergies.
⛔Don't take tea & coffee after eating a meat as it can decrease iron absorption in the body.

Do you know the difference between the "Good fat " and the "Bad fat ".
"Good fat ➡are mono or poly-unsaturated fat ➡They tend to LOWER your risk of heart disease.
Saturated and trans-fat are "Bad one's"➡because the tend to RISE the risk of heart diseases.

Monounsaturated fats(Parts of good fat category) are found in red meat,whole milk product,olive oil,canola oil,avocado,cashews,almonds,pecans & peanuts.
These fats can reduce "bad" LDL cholesterol and possibly increase "good"HDL cholesterol ➡Reduce risk of heart disease & stroke.
