I have been doing the maintenance of homeless shelter in Montreal for over 20 years we need to expand we need 100 more place I want to build another eighth floor buildings to accommodate resourceless, homeless, toxicoman.
We will also give construction courses so they could find a job and get back on their feet. I am surrounded by all the native shelters and professionals who works inside located in Montreal Quebec

The city of Montreal refused to give the owner of the land the right to build anything for 20 years he has asked for many projects the city always told him no and now they telling him they will take his land from him and build their own projects giving him no choice giving him no choice at all like crooks stealing lands.
If the owner never wanted to do anything I would understand them but the owner tried for many years to do something and the City of Montreal just refuse to even answering because they did not know what was under the building the constitution of the soil the only made those Discovery in 2018 20 years after they started asking for permits so they took the money for twenty years without issuing one single permit they could not because they did not know what was under the building

I have been part of the Bruce Lee wing chun kung fu school since 1978.
First it was watching Bruce Lee on Films then I joined the Wing Chun Ma Yuk Paul Ping Ip Man school Mike B was my Sifu I'm also a student of the Victor Theriault kickboxing Karate school Michel Vincent was my sifu.
And I'm a student originally from the grab and pound Kanahwake mohawk style. and my father was my boxing coach my hockey coach my baseball coach my football coach my chess coach
I have spent since 2006 a lot of money producing architectural plans and Engineering plans and getting the permit from the city to build the city gave me the permit but no one wanted to invest money martial arts does not pass at the bank and the people with money most of them did not declare their taxes therefore they cannot use their money to invest on a mortgage Investments since 1940 no one has invested in Chinatown the city of Montreal warned the Chinese people that they had to invest if they wanted to have a Chinatown in Montreal the Chinese refuse to invest then the city of Montreal built de Complexe Guy-Favreau cutting in half Chinatown Montreal.
