Here’s a bit more depth:

When you consistently think about something, you emit a specific frequency or vibration into the universe. This vibration attracts similar frequencies, bringing corresponding experiences, people, or opportunities into your life.

This also means that positive thoughts attract positive outcomes, while negative thoughts attract negative outcomes. So, if you focus on abundance, success, and happiness, you’re more likely to attract those things into your life. Conversely, dwelling on lack, failure, or fear may manifest those experiences instead.

By vividly imagining yourself already achieving your goals or living your desired life, you align your thoughts and emotions with that outcome.
