Célébrez la journée de la Terre avec Physiothérapie Solution Active Monk ! 🌍

🗓️ Dimanche le 21 avril 2024 de 10h à 14h
🧹10:00 - Début du nettoyage des ruelles. Départ de la clinique au 6255 boulevard Monk.
🧘11:00 à 14:00 - Cours de yoga gratuits à chaque 30 minutes pour toutes les personnes qui emmènent un sac de détritus suite à leur ménage du quartier.
🌷Tisanes et boutures de fleurs seront offertes sur place ainsi que des jeux pour tou(te)s.

Amenez toute la famille (et vos propres gants!) ! 👪

Celebrate Earth Day with Active Solution Physiotherapy Monk! 🌍

🗓️ Sunday April 21, 2024 from 10am to 2pm
🧹10:00am - Start of cleaning the alleys and streets. Departure from the clinic at 6255 Monk Boulevard.
🧘11:00am to 2:00pm - Free yoga classes every 30 minutes for anyone who brings a bag of trash to us after cleaning the neighborhood.
🌷Herbal teas and flower seedlings will be offered on site as well as games for everyone.

Bring the whole family (and your own gloves!)! 👪
