Today’s lymphatic wellness workshop was a gentle reset for the body. Through self-massage, soft yoga therapy movements, and conscious relaxation, we supported the body’s natural flow and renewal.

Lessons from Being Staff at the Sivananda Ashram : Lesson 1
Waking before sunrise… not out of duty, but because the stillness and silence draw you in.

Lesson 2
Service becomes its own form of practice. The simplest tasks soften the ego far more than any advanced posture.

Lesson 3
Community becomes your mirror. Your support system. The people who walk beside you as you grow, unravel, and rebuild.

Lesson 4
Living yoga is very different from doing yoga. It reshapes you from the inside out.

Lesson 5
Joy isn’t born from comfort—it rises from connection. With yourself, with others, with nature, with consciousness itself.

Lesson 6
Sunrise, snow, forest, long corridors, chanting bells… everything becomes part of your practice.

Lesson 7
Being staff isn’t a role. It’s a transformation. A remembering of who you are beneath all the noise.

The ashram changes the way we work, the way we serve, the way we live.
And it keeps shaping us—long after we leave.

BREATHE WITH EASE ✨
Five days. Seventeen beautiful humans. One transformative journey at Sivananda Ashram.

We strengthened our respiratory muscles, softened the rib cage, explored self-massage & myofascial release, practiced guided pranayama, and re-connected breath with body and mind.

🌿 5 Ways to Calm an Anxious Mind 🌿

Anxiety doesn’t always shout — sometimes it whispers through restlessness, fatigue, or a racing mind.
Here are simple ways to ground yourself:

1️⃣ Listen early — notice the signs before burnout.
2️⃣ Breathe slowly — one conscious exhale can reset your system.
3️⃣ Move gently — child’s pose, forward folds, or a walk in nature.
4️⃣ Eat to calm — warm, sattvic meals; avoid caffeine and sugar.
5️⃣ Pause daily — create small rituals of stillness between tasks.

Anxiety is not a flaw — it’s your body asking for attention.
Listen before it shouts. 🌸
