We have to normalize difficulties, they're a symptom of living. Just because life is difficult sometimes, doesn't mean that there is something wrong with you, or that you're dumb, weak or unlucky. It's just difficult sometimes, and nobody escapes that universal truth. And just because something is difficult doesn't mean it is impossible to get through, it's difficult - that's why it feels hard to manage. Doesn't mean you can't do it, it means it's hard.

🤔 Have you ever noticed how every other post promises "5 things to heal your wounds" or "3 easy ways to relieve your anxiety"? 🛑 While I get the appeal (who doesn't love a quick fix?), I can't help but feel a bit uneasy about these simplistic solutions. After all, real healing isn't as simple as a numbered list.

🤣 But hey, if I had a gazillion followers, maybe I'd think differently! For now, I'll stick to my small-but-mighty audience and share deeper insights on my website. No shortcuts, just real talk and genuine support. 💪
