✨ Four Years of Choosing Me 🎉

Today marks four years since I walked away from what no longer aligned with my soul. Four years of choosing myself, putting my well-being and peace first. Four years of reclaiming my life—one breath, one truth, one healing moment at a time.

It wasn’t always easy. There were nights where the silence felt heavy, when the ache of loneliness whispered old stories and tried to pull me backward. At first, I searched outside of myself to fill the space—but nothing fit. Eventually, I stopped running. I stood still. And in that stillness, I met me. 🌼

I took the time to listen deeply. To feel what hurt. To soothe what needed love. To face what I had once hidden. I gave myself what I had once begged for. And that… changed everything. 💓

Today, under this full moon—how perfect that she is full tonight—I’m not just celebrating an ending. I’m honoring the rebirth that followed. I am celebrating my growth, my strength, my softness. I am celebrating the version of me I’ve become—devoted to her truth, her joy, her wholeness. 👑

I did this for me. I did this for my son. I did this for the woman I came here to be. And I’m proud.

A big part of this healing has been Reiki. Reiki gave me the tools to realign with myself, to move energy that no longer served me, and to reconnect to a deeper source of peace. Today, it is my joy and honor to now offer this beautiful practice to others—to hold space, to guide, and to serve. 🙏

🌿 Meditation doesn't always involve sitting cross-legged with your eyes closed.

It can also involve trimming plants, clearing away old leaves and showing your space (and your mind) a little love.

I didn't feel like sitting down so instead I took care of my plants — cleaning up, snipping away the dead parts and breathing deeply as I go.

🌼 It’s simple, soothing and very meditative.
🌼 Each action is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect.
🌼 Each breath brings me back to the present.

Mindfulness can be found in the quiet care of everyday tasks.
You don’t have to stop everything to meditate; you just have to be present.

Happy Friday the 13th: A Day of the Goddess! 🌸

Contrary to popular belief, today is not a day of bad luck; it's a sacred day to honour the Divine Feminine.

Friday is named after Freya, the Norse goddess of love, beauty and magic. ✨️

The number 13 is aligned with the lunar cycle, the menstrual cycle and ancient goddess wisdom. 🌚

Friday the 13th is truly a portal of feminine power, offering an opportunity to reconnect with your intuition, creativity, and inner magic.

🎉 I discovered a new passion. 🎉

When I quit my job to become a massage therapist, I didn't plan for things to turn out this way. I didn't expect it to happen, but it did. 🙌

I thought I would mainly be giving massages and perhaps Reiki sessions. It was all still so new to me. At the end of the month, I will have been self-employed for two years, and oh, how much has changed! 🤯

I've learned and grown so much through this experience. Exponentially, even!

Today, I have the joy and privilege of guiding and supporting others in multiple ways. In choosing themselves. I help them reconnect with their body, their essence and their POWER. 💪

I discovered a love for leading guided meditations. I create a space where the body can relax, the mind can unwind, and the soul can journey. I'm told that my voice is soothing, and the magic felt is real. ✨️

I offer many ways to support you: one-to-one sessions, workshops, retreats and online meditations.

Whatever your needs, I've got you, boo!

La magnifique retraite que je co-anime arrive rapidement!! Ce samedi le 7 juin est la journée parfaite pour te retrouver en nature! 🌳

Je me présente, Empress Healing - Isabelle Kilkowski et j'anime le 3e atelier qui porte sur les chakras et notre énergie.

Je suis une passionnée du bien-être et de développement personnel. En tant que maître Reiki, enseignante et massothérapeute, j'amène les gens à se retrouver dans leur corps, comprendre comment les énergies les impactent et à les guider vers une vie harmonieuse. Le travail énergétique permet à la guérison physique, mentale et émotionnelle de prendre place, ce qui mène vers l’authenticité et la découverte de Soi. Au travers de ma pratique et de ma propre guérison, j’ai appris beaucoup sur les chakras. Ces centres énergétiques ont chacun leurs propres fonctions et caractéristiques qui gouvernent l’être. 🙌
