If you can’t seem to motivate yourself to go to the gym or that the motivation just doesn’t last, this will help you 👇🏼

Motivation works as a balance and it’s based on the neurotransmitter dopamine.

The more dopamine available in your brain, the more potential motivation you can trigger.

That said, many of our daily habits are draining that dopamine

And the only way to stick to healthier habits is to first : stop engaging in the ones that are depleting you of your dopamine.
