We believe that in another few generations, going to a mind/body class will be as usual as going to the café, rock/ pop concert and the movie theatre are today. At Renaissance we integrate the holistic yogic, nutritional, massage and martial arts practices with modern and classical culture, music and the visual/ tactile arts to embrace the full spectrum of being in each unique individual's personal practice toward optimal health and vitality.
