⭐️ NEW QI TRAINING OPPORTUNITY ⭐️

✅Learn skills to participate in QI initiatives and projects
✅Include this training in your resume

MCH (BQAC) and the administration of the Montreal Children’s Hospital launched a Lean Six Sigma training program for all employees, physicians and family partners. The training offered by BQAC aims to introduce MUHC staff to the basic concepts of this methodology for continuous quality improvement.

For the 2021 training sessions, BQAC has opted for a new, virtual teaching approach: A self-paced theory section on the ENA, which is then followed by an interactive session via Zoom, facilitated by one of our MCH Lean Six Sigma teachers.
This hybrid training session will allow you to be introduced to the theory around some of the most important LEAN Six Sigma tools, while also allowing you to experience the methodology hands-on through various interactive exercises.

Upon successful completion, you will be equipped with the necessary know-how to participate in subsequent quality improvement initiatives.

Dates*:
July 8, 2021, 13:00-15:00
August 11, 2021, 16:00-18:00
September 14, 2021, 9:00-11:00

A very useful tool for understanding pre and post test probability for various pathologies to help choose clinical investigations wisely. A little gem for teaching, for teaching clinicians.
https://www.testingwisely.com/
