Lot of on my speakers these days. But to their question... where you putting your big Love? Me: steady making, fewer distractions (easy to say) less rules and more flow. New thing launches in Spring. I will be sane, give or take when that happens.

Due to a back injury, the yoga class scheduled for tomorrow morning at 10am has to be cancelled.

I am in the process of healing and can’t wait to get back to my normal healthy self to start teaching again. I should be back to normal before next Sunday.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
