After Coaching for more than 10 years and practicing yoga for more than 20 years, I've seen first hand the possibility and potential for transformation with kind support and engaging conversations. Combining Transformational Change Theory, Developmental Psychology, Yogic Philosophy and good old kind support, Simply Practice is an effective way to create lasting lifestyle change with or without the yoga. With the support of coaching and/or yoga, you can gently lean into what it is you want and need to fulfill. Lasting change takes time. You are entirely worth it. You are the beloved. Practice makes presence and will help you build awareness and the consistency for life long learning & to make good choices for your self.
