A reminder to DO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL for your nervous system, as well as your body and mind. Viniyoga is a lifelong practice. In mid life, we practice to support and sustain our selves in the bodies we already have. The postures are merely tools to help us better understand our selves. All postures are practiced in a breath centered way because breath is the medium for our movement. There is strength, there is flexibility and it's all done safely and mindfully. Curious? OpenLotusYoga and I are hosting our silent Yoga mini retreat again! 🤗 February 5th from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Many of our participants (it's been 7+ years since we started doing these) have said, "I can't be quiet for 4 hours!" - and then gone on to come back again and again. In fact, we discover what a relief it is to finally let our bodies and minds slip deeply into relaxation.
And the reward is a sense of deep inner peace and healing. 🌷🦋☀️

The last class was full - I hope you’ll consider coming to experience Viniyoga. This is the yoga you can practice for life.
