Its the 4th week of January and I am just wondering how you all are doing!

We all get very excited when New Years come because of everything we wanna change and do better.

I am sure so many people by now have already given up on their New Years resolutions. Most resolutions fail because people set goals that are just too hard to keep!

Love this 10 min morning work out below πŸ‘‡

Woke up today and felt that I need more energy, so I decided to do a small workout to wake up my body!

This 10 minute workout will kick start your day and I think in long term it will benefit you in more ways πŸ™Œ

It includes a little bit cardio, not much tho, stretching, flexibility and also a bit strength building exercises πŸ’ͺ

So what did I do?

1) I started with Jumping Jack - 1 min to get a bit cardio part done

2) Pectoral strech ( for my posture)

I used chair to do it. Both hands two times 20-30 sec

3) Quadricep strech

I used chair again - i honestly LOVE that strech, it was one of my favourite when i was a kiddo and played basketball and we did it durning a warm up 🀣πŸ’ͺ

4) Hamstring strech

Use chair again. Strech both legs twice and again 20-30 sec - sooo good!

5) Wall squats - Lets get stronger lol

I did three sets each 10 sec

6) Calf raises

I did three sets of 10

…and lastly PLANK

Do it three sets 20 sec

Easy, good and makes you feel good!!!

Never underestimate the power of moving your body every day!

It was late last night but I decided to do my stretching even tho I don’t like it but I believe it is actually very helpful and very much needed.

Good morning everyone!

Its Friday so I thought I will share super easy and sooo good Chocolate brownie recipe with you all 😊

I have made these few times in past few weeks for two reasons:

1) it’s soooo easy, even I can do it hahah
2) it taste sooo delicious 😍

I LOVE using protein powder more than just in my smoothies or breakfast bowl. Adding it to my baking for extra nutrition and the good thing is that Arbonne one what I am using has 23 vitamins and minerals in it!

So what do you really need to do:

First of all preheat oven 350 F

In a bowl combine:
✨3 mashed bananas
✨1/4 cup cocoa powder
✨1 cup Arbonne Chocolate Protein
✨1 tsp baking powder
✨1/4 cup maple syrup
✨ 1/2 cup peanut butter

Mix it all together and you can add peanuts or chocolate chips into it - that’s what I did to be honest as I LOVE chocolate Hahha, but get creative and add what’s you would love!

Bake 15-20 min

I honestly like to have my chocolate brownies next day, so I keep them overnight in the fridge and eat it next day but honestly it does not matter as both ways you will LOVE it!
