â What is your favourite part about Volunteering at KPG Montreal?
My favourite part about volunteering at KPG Montreal is the energy the kids bring into every session! The enthusiasm and curiosity are contagious. I always leave the clinic smiling.
â What is your favourite game to play in session?
I love walking along the beam with the kids. It's a fun and easy way to work on balance. I love how you can incorporate many challenges and tasks to the beam, from walking over obstacles to balancing an egg on a spoon. Watching the kids focus, wobble, and then cheer when they make it across is the best part! I love seeing how it boosts their confidence.
â What is a fun fact that not many people know about you?
A fun fact about me is that I am quite musical. I love to sing, whether it's in the car, at home, or just for fun. Music has always been a big part of my life and a huge source of inspiration. I am also trilingual! My mother tongue is Italian, but I also speak English and French.
Volunteers are so appreciated here at KPG! From helping us with equipment setup to their enthusiasm and engagement with kids, itâs what makes physiotherapy sessions at Kids Physio extra fun! đ€©
