Soyez forte en 2025 !

As we enter a new year, can we commit to talking positively about ourselves? I've been thinking recently about body rhetoric and how we speak about our bodies and being aware of who is listening / hearing what we have to say (daughters, nieces, granddaughters, neighbors). To empower future generations to feel strong and good about their bodies, it starts with the language we use / what they are exposed to.

Be kind to yourself this year and ignore the New Year, New You rhetoric that is solely body-focused. You are strong, powerful and important, and so much more than how you look.

Lift heavy, eat enough protein and do activities that make you YOU this year!

✒️Pétition pour abolir les taxes en massothérapie

Les frais de TPS/TVQ donnent une impression d’inégalité entre les massothérapeutes/kinésithérapeutes et les autres professionnels de la santé.
L’abolition des taxes aurait un impact sur le prix de vente de leurs services en diminuant la facture remise aux clients, rendant les soins plus accessibles notamment aux gens sans assurance.
