This workshop offers an introduction to Ki, the universal energy that permeates all things. Through guided exercises, visualization, communication practices, and chanting, participants will explore Ki as a fundamental principle in healing, as well as its vital role in shaping one’s destiny and cultivating a prosperous and enlightened future.

If this dharma talk by Ryokyu Endo Sensei resonates with you, join us for The Power of Ki Workshop on Thursday, January 23rd, from 6:30 to 9:30pm.

In this workshop, created by Ryokyu Endo Sensei and offered by Tao Sangha Montreal, we will practice the first step to creating an exciting life - transforming how it feels to exist in our bodies.

« If you have even one tooth ache, so painful, you cannot imagine something positive, right? If you cannot imagine something positive in your future, due to keeping pain in your body, it is hard to imagine that positive future is coming. »

So what can be done? Join us to practice Mahayana Buddhist methods to transform the sensations in our bodies and turn pain into love, kindness, and tenderness.
